Refund policy

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. You are welcome to send back any item for whatever reason within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange for a different item (where applicable and available), or simply refund your money. 

All returns/exchanges must be returned unused within 30 days of receipt. 

 Please note that the original shipping charge will not be reimbursed upon exchange/refund unless the item is faulty. We aim to process all exchanges/returns within five working days of receipt. Please feel free to email/call us to check on the status of returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail when you ship them back to us.

For Overseas customers returning goods – please make sure when returning goods to us that the packaging contains clearly visible documentation on the outside of the package that the goods originally came from the UK and that they are being returned to Brunswick Mills Ltd for a particular reason which you must state. Please mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’. If you do not do this then we may be liable for additional customs duty which we would unfortunately have to pass onto yourself. This could be done by either deducting the cost of the charge from the refund amount or issuing you with an additional invoice which must be paid in full before the replacement item was sent out.
